I've spent my career building and scaling ecosystems, leading teams across continents, and turning complex problems into elegant solutions. At Startup Grind I led our global community of 620 chapters across 125 countries. At BYP Network, I built their chapter programme from zero to 20 locations across four continents.

Founded a residential crowdfunding platform for first-time buyers. Launched in 2014 as one of the first to explore this model in the UK. The venture closed in 2018 after failing to secure regulatory approval for the product structure.
